Founded by cake artist and educator Ericka Holder, Pretty Scrumptious was created to make cake decorating more than just a skill — it’s an experience. Through hands-on instruction, intentional programming, and beautifully designed desserts, we help people of all ages discover creativity, patience, and pride in what they create.

We specialize in in-person cake decorating classes, virtual learning experiences, and custom cakes, with a strong focus on youth enrichment and accessible creative education. Our programs are designed to meet people where they are — whether it’s a first time piping buttercream or exploring cake design as a pathway to future opportunities.
